If a quiz link isn't loading, or a leaderboard isn't showing scores you expect, include the five character code from the end of your quiz link when you write in. That code is how we locate a quiz, and without it we generally can't investigate. If you think someone has created a quiz using your name or personal details without permission, send us the link and we will take it down.
You can ask us to delete a quiz you created along with every response attached to it. Email the privacy address above with the quiz code and we'll remove it. We don't require you to prove ownership beyond knowing the code, because we don't collect enough information to verify identity in the first place. That's by design, and it's covered in more detail in our Privacy Policy.
We're happy to talk to journalists writing about friendship, social connection or online quiz culture, and we can share anonymised aggregate data about how people use the site. For anything commercial, including display advertising and sponsored quiz formats, start on the advertise page.
